Little Kindness

Words of Wisdom. Again it's a hindi poetry. This days heart is being crazy. So, just scribbled something today what my heart was whispering. This words just flow by itself. I just thought to write 3-4 lines which were wandering in my mind and when it became a whole poetry, I didn't realized. So here is something crazy from my heart, for you guys. Chalte Rehna!! Today my heart was giving me crazy vibes to write something in hindi. So just wanted to pour my heart out to you guyz. So its a poem written for every Home. The Home that makes us learn every nooks and corner of this life. Woh Chaar Diware!! We will talk today about emotions. Like as a human we go through so many different kinds of emotions. Like joy, fear, anger, sadness, acceptance and so many others. So when you encounter any such emotions tune it with yourself. What does I mean by that? I want to say accept what you are going through. If you are feeling happy, share your happiness. And we do this always. If something is good, we accept it, cherish it and share it. But the other way around when we are sad or something is wrong. Why we hesitate to let our emotions flow out? There are days we feel low for no reason or we may have a reason. At that moment let your emotions flow. Vent it out, cry it out. It's normal to have such emotions. You're not only the one goes through this. Everyone goes with the same. It's okay to feel sad. Let's talk about anger. Why we become angry? What are the reason behind it? And most importantly how we react to it. Remember you are the reason who losses the happiness of your life for a while because of anger. A person becomes angry basically of 2 things: When someone says something about them and they can't digest it. When things are not working up in the way they want. Reasons behind it: They act like stubborn and they don't want to listen or change even if it is good for them. Not able to control their mind. Thinking like if they ranted out loudly, it will just fade away. Read this carefully how we react? Want to give an example: Suppose your boss said something to you to change which made you angry but you won't burst out your anger on him. You know why? Because he has a higher power than you. To the one who Smiles every morning despite of the hidden battles they are going through that no one knows about. I wanna say you are strong and brave enough that you are fighting. You will get through this soon. Have faith. Have patience. You are not alone in this journey, there is someone out suffering through the same or may be even worse than you. Though their journeys may be different but the learnings, experiences and teachings are the glory of it. Master that once and climb for the next. This battles are never going to stop, when one goes away there is another knocking at the door. In the same way there are SMILES lineing up one after the other just notice them and hold it and engrace it. Keep Smiling people, show the world that you are fearless. Never show your weaknesses.
